Your details have been registered by AL Trade Inc. and the hereby generated application form was sent to your e-mail address.

Please complete Step 2 using the following instructions:

• Check your e-mail address and verify receipt of the Customer Account Application form for opening a trading account  (PDF file) and your trading account number .
• Save attached to the letter PDF file and open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Carefully check all data specified within the application form.
• Print the form, sign it and send it to AL Trade Inc. together with a copy of your passport / ID, using the fax number or e-mail address indicated at the bottom of the form.
